 Educational Qualification: 
Minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree from a recognized university.

 Present Cadre: 
 Officers at the level of not less than General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) in Public Sector Banks and General Managers working in Repco Bank, would be eligible.

 Minimum Years of Service: 
The candidate must have completed a minimum of one year of service as General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) and above as on 31st December 2010. 


 Residual Service: 
The applicant should have residual service of minimum of 2 years.


 Age not more than 58 years as on 31st December 2010.

 Other conditions: 

The candidate should have proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team. The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in Banking Operations, Marketing of Banking Products, Credit Appraisal etc.

Scale of Pay: 
37,400 – 67,000 + applicable Grade Pay (Salary and Allowances as applicable to Executive Directors of Public Sector Banks

The application in the prescribed format given below with curriculum vitae containing name and contact details of two references alongwith one passport size photograph shall be sent in a closed cover superscribing “Application for the post of Executive Director of Repco Bank” to the Managing Director at the above address by Regd. Post/Speed Post so as to reach on or before 28th February 2011.

Shortlisted candidates from among the eligible applicants shall appear at their cost for personal interview before the Selection Committee.
